Several years ago during a difficult time of struggling with something I couldn’t sort out, I asked God the question "if you are who you say you are, you can fix me.” He did.
As a result, I trust Him explicitly.
Shortly after that , I felt Him ask me something similar. "If you now believe I am who I say I am, can ‘You’ believe you are who I say you are"?
Who is that I asked?
His response? "My beloved".
That is the greatest challenge isn’t it? Really knowing we are loved?
It can be hard if we compare it to earthly relationships. But grasping even a tiny bit of just how much God really loves us has the capacity to change how we see everything and everyone, especially ourselves.
There is nothing more positively life altering than being confident that you are loved.
He calls us His Beloved.
